Using advanced twin rotary inverter compressors and a DC inverter fan, AquaThermPRO automatically adjusts its output to match your pool's heating demand. This helps maintain a more consistent temperature while reducing unnecessary energy consumption and running costs.

With a COP of up to 15.5 under suitable operating conditions, AquaThermPRO can produce up to 15.5kW of heat energy from 1kW of electricity.

Designed for demanding conditions, the AquaThermPRO can provide heating and cooling and operate in ambient temperatures down to -15°C when correctly sized, helping extend your swimming season well beyond the warmer months.

Quiet, Smart Operation

Installation

The Davey AquaThermPRO should be professionally sized and installed to suit the pool volume, required temperature, local climate and expected operating season.

The heat pump must be installed outdoors on a solid, flat and level base with adequate ventilation and clear airflow around the unit.

Davey recommends locating the heat pump as close as practical to the pool filtration system and does not recommend positioning it more than 10 metres from the pool, as excessive pipe length can reduce performance and efficiency.

Installation uses a minimum of 40mm hard PVC pipework. Davey strongly recommends installing a bypass arrangement to allow correct flow regulation and make servicing or winterising easier.

A suitable condensate drain must be provided and the unit should be flushed and checked for leaks before commissioning.

Electrical installation must comply with applicable Australian requirements, including suitable RCD protection, with electrical work completed by a registered electrician.

Davey provides the following manufacturer warranty for the AquaThermPRO in domestic applications:

Titanium heat exchanger tube against corrosion: 25 years

Labour: 1 year

Commercial use: 1 year
