Take the guesswork out of pool care with the Davey ChloroMatic Lifeguard — a complete chlorination and chemistry control system designed to automatically manage some of the most important aspects of your pool water.

Lifeguard combines salt or mineral chlorination, automatic acid dosing, pH monitoring, ORP control, temperature monitoring and salt measurement into one intelligent system, giving you more consistent water quality with less day-to-day adjustment.

Automatic Pool Chemistry Control

Rather than relying solely on fixed chlorination output, Lifeguard continually monitors key water conditions and adjusts operation to help maintain the selected settings.

The system measures:

• pH and automatically doses acid when required

• ORP to help manage sanitiser levels

• Pool water temperature

• Salt or mineral concentration

ORP control can also help reduce unnecessary chlorination when conditions change, including when a pool cover is being used.

Control Your Pool From Your Phone

Built-in Wi-Fi connectivity and the integrated Davey app allow you to monitor and adjust your pool system remotely.

From your smartphone you can view system information, modify filtration schedules and operating modes, adjust set points and receive alerts — including notifications relating to low salt or mineral levels. The controller can also be operated locally if Wi-Fi is unavailable.

Intelligent Chlorination

The Lifeguard uses Davey's high-performance reverse-polarity chlorinator cell, helping reduce calcium build-up on the cell and minimise routine maintenance.

Additional protection and control features include:

• Low-salt cut-out to help protect the chlorinator cell

• Integrated safety flow switch

• Boost Mode for additional chlorination during periods of heavy pool use

• User-friendly multilingual LCD interface

• Automatic acid dosing

The integrated flow switch is designed to operate at flows down to approximately 80 L/min, making the system suitable for integration with variable-speed filtration pumps.

Heating Integration

When connected to a compatible Davey or Davey by Nirvana heat pump, Lifeguard can help maintain your selected pool temperature during the filtration cycle, with temperature settings managed through the Lifeguard app.
