The Naked MINI (NKD-M) uses the same combination of copper/silver ionisation and oxidation technology as the larger Naked Freshwater System, helping deliver clean, clear and soft-feeling water with reduced reliance on traditional pool chemicals.

Its compact design makes it ideal where equipment space is limited, without sacrificing the freshwater experience Naked is known for.

Warranty

The Naked MINI currently carries a 3-year warranty on the digital control unit and oxidiser electrode, with the oxidiser electrode also limited to 10,000 operating hours. Ioniser rods are consumable items and are not covered by warranty.

Installation

The Naked MINI Freshwater System should be professionally installed and commissioned to suit the pool volume, filtration system and water conditions.

Installation includes plumbing the oxidiser and ioniser housings into the pool filtration return line, mounting and connecting the digital control unit and programming the system for the correct pool volume and filtration schedule.

The system requires 40/50mm plumbing connections and sufficient water flow through the oxidiser cell.

The pool water must be correctly balanced and brought to the required freshwater salt or mineral concentration before commissioning.

The control unit must be protected from the elements and installed in a well-ventilated position.

The NKD-M is also compatible with the optional Naked pH Controller and heater interlock.

Warranty

Naked Pools provides the following Australian warranty for the NKD-M Freshwater System:

Digital control unit: 3 years

Oxidiser electrode: 3 years or 10,000 operating hours, whichever occurs first

Ioniser rods: Consumable item and not covered by warranty

Commercial installation: 12 months unless a commercial model is purchased

Commercial models: 24 months

The warranty is back-to-base and is subject to correct installation, ventilation, water balance, maintenance and operating conditions.

Australian Consumer Law rights apply in addition to the manufacturer warranty.
