The Theralux Filter Pro Cartridge Filter is a compact, durable and easy-to-maintain filtration solution designed to deliver clear pool water without the need for backwashing.

Its heavy-duty reusable polyester cartridge uses wide, deep pleats to maximise dirt-holding capacity, improve filtration and make cleaning easier. The large filter surface area also helps extend the time between cartridge cleans.

The solid one-piece polymer tank is UV-stabilised and corrosion-proof, making it well suited to outdoor pool environments.

A hand-operated locking ring gives quick access to the cartridge, while the low-profile tank makes removal and cleaning straightforward.

Installation

The Theralux Filter Pro Cartridge Filter should be correctly sized to suit the pool volume and filtration flow rate.

The filter should be installed on a flat, level surface and aligned correctly with the pool pump.

The pump discharge is connected to the marked filter inlet, with the filter outlet connected to the pool return line.

Adequate clearance should be provided above and around the filter so the locking ring, lid and cartridge can be removed for routine cleaning.

Theralux recommends securing the filter to the equipment-room floor to reduce movement and unnecessary stress on the plumbing.

New glued plumbing connections should be allowed to fully cure before the filtration system is commissioned.
