Unlike a traditional fixed-speed heat pump that simply switches on and off at full output, the ECO-VS uses variable-speed inverter technology to automatically adjust its power to match the heating demand of your pool. This helps maintain a more consistent water temperature while reducing unnecessary energy use and operating noise.
High Efficiency, Lower Running Costs
The ECO-VS draws heat energy from the surrounding air and transfers it into your pool water. Under suitable operating conditions, Waterco states the system can produce up to 12.5kW of heat energy from 1kW of electricity when operating at 50% speed.
Unlike solar heating, it doesn't rely on direct sunshine, giving you much greater control over when your pool is heated. It can also cool the pool when water temperatures become too warm.
Wi-Fi Control
Built-in Wi-Fi connectivity allows you to monitor and adjust your pool temperature remotely through the InverGo app.
Whether you're at home or away, you can check your heating system and adjust the desired water temperature from your smartphone.
Quiet & Durable
The inverter system allows the ECO-VS to reduce compressor and fan speed once the pool approaches the selected temperature, helping provide whisper-quiet operation.

Warranty
Waterco currently lists its Electroheat range with a 10-year domestic warranty on the titanium heat exchanger, 3 years on the compressor and 2 years on other components, with 12 months labour coverage subject to Waterco's warranty conditions. Commercial applications are covered for 1 year.
