Theralaux Therachlor 25g Chlorinator
Needs attentionHealth notesChlorinator seems to work fine and produce chlorine, but the main display buttons are faulty at times. This doesn't need replacing at the moment, but early signs of the main unit being unusable. Fine for now but keep an eye on it.
Recommended settingsCheck salt level as Low TDS warning was coming up.
Theralaux Theraflo 255 Glass Filter
GoodHealth notesFilter seems to be working fine. Pressure gauge needs replacing though. This will give a better indication of wether it needs backwashing or not.
Recommended settingsReplace pressure gauge on top of filter. Backwash the filter whenever the pressure gets to 130-150kpa
Theralaux Theratherm 9kw Heat Pump
Needs attentionHealth notesUnable to get heater running. The red "ON" symbol on the display means "No water flow" although there was definitely water running through the heater. I don't think the heater needs replacing, it may just need a new flow switch.
Recommended settings26c-28c is the ideal temp when working. Potentially replace the flow switch

Dosage guidance: Estimates use Hy-Clor published product-chart rates for Calcium Increaser (200 g/10,000 L per ~15 ppm) and Stabiliser (500 g/10,000 L per ~50 ppm). Salt uses Passport chlorinator settings; buy whole 20 kg bags but add only the calculated amount. Copper advice depends on the exact controller. Always use calcium hardness (not total hardness) for calcium calculations. Check the exact product label, maximum single dose and application directions; never mix chemicals. Dose each chemical separately in the order shown, allowing the circulation time on its label. Never mix chemicals. For ordinary independent corrections, a single final retest is sufficient; if a step specifically requires an intermediate test, do that before continuing. Do not swim when sanitiser readings are unsafe. Estimates are not water-safety clearance or Hy-Clor approval.

Works completedCame to inspect pump not priming and timers not working. O Ring on the front of the pump had slipped out which caused the pump to lose prime, and activate "Low Flow" warning, so timers wouldn't work. Re-seated o ring, pump now primes fine and timers are working.
Replace the pressure gauge on the filter. Investigate whether replacement flow switch will fix the heater. Check water chemistry, mainly salt level.
